Description

This exhaust manifold is designed for the BMW S63 engine family and is installed to replace the standard manifold without additional modifications. Preserving the factory location of turbochargers and does not require modification of factory thermal screens. The manifold is made of solid milled flanges and stacked, 3D-printed elements from Inconel 718, which significantly reduces the weight of the manifold. Increased cross-sectional area of ​​the runner at the entrance to the exhaust manifold for the possibility of porting the cylinder head. The cross-sectional area at the turbine inlet is increased by 26% (to accommodate MOD turbines such as Jaeger or TTE), while the runners are optimized to reduce pressure drop by 74%.
