Returned product

Incorrect goods - If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts we offer a 14 days (from delivery date) refund or exchange policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact. Any returns after 14 days are at the Company's discretion and a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. After 28 days no returns will be accepted. Goods no longer required - If the goods or services have already been paid, Turbo Dynamics will refund the amount paid within 30 days of the cancellation of order. The goods must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact. A handling charge of 15% will be levied. Any charges for postage and packaging relating to the original sale and/or return of the goods will not be refunded. If any goods are specially ordered, made to customer specifications or personalized, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Faulty goods - The purchaser may return the goods for a refund if the goods: - are faulty or damaged - are not of satisfactory quality - do not match how they were described - are different to the ones ordered. Proof of parts ordered may be requested. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are correct and undamaged before fitting. Any incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of delivery without exception. When returning goods, the purchaser is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they are in your care until they arrive at our warehouse, unless our store have arranged for the collection (this service is chargeable). Provision of proof of posting / delivery may be required. Our store regret that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error. Postage and packing is the customer's responsibility when returning parts for a refund and/or refund of surcharge(s). Products correctly supplied will be subject to a handling charge of up to a maximum of 10%, dependent on the part. The return of correctly supplied products is at the cost of the customer. Refunds for confirmed orders, which are subsequently cancelled prior to dispatch, are subject to a handling fee of 5%.

Product warranty

Any product returned under warranty must be accompanied with a warranty claim form which can be obtained from our store on request.

Warranty will be void if the product returned is dismantled or tampered with in any way. All products must be returned complete, as supplied for warranty inspection and analysis to be conducted.

Our store warranty that goods shall be free of defect in workmanship and components. If any goods contain such defects, upon written notice thereof by the Buyer, our store shall have the right in its discretion to repair or replace the defective goods or refund the purchase price applicable to the defective goods. Save as provided herein, all representations, conditions, warranties and terms, whether express, or implied by common law statute or otherwise, as to the quality, condition or fitness for any purpose of the goods are excluded.

In no event shall our store be liable under this warranty for any amounts in excess of the purchase price of the goods and no allowance will be made for labor.

Our store shall not be liable for contingent or consequential damages.

Exclusions from our store warranty include all ball bearing and hybrid turbochargers unless agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for all shipping / delivery costs including sending the warranty replacement turbocharger.

Warranty does not cover labor, faulty installation, misuse or failure of related parts. All items are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation.

Turbochargers for racing or competition use

Turbochargers used for any form of racing or competition and/or set to run higher than standard boost pressure are supplied in good faith and on the understanding that no guarantee is given in respect of performance or reliability of the product.

Our store cannot be held responsible for personal injury or damage caused to the engine or vehicle by a failed turbocharger.

Other warranty conditions

The turbocharger must be fitted to an engine that is in good working order so that the operation of the turbocharger is not prejudiced.

The engine oil, oil filter and air filter must be changed at the point of turbocharger fitment and provide clean oil system to prevent any damages. For more information please read our Installation guide.

The purchasers/installers shall satisfy themselves that all reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that any original cause of turbocharger failure has been eliminated and that the turbocharger is correct for the application.

Warranty may be denied in the event of either the turbocharger or the engine being modified to increase power output, if this modification is prejudicial to the performance of the turbocharger.

Under no circumstances should a vehicle be used if a turbocharger problem is sRaceHubected as this could cause further damage to the turbocharger and/or engine.

Refunds and returns

Refunds

– Always check the goods before you sign for them.

– You have three working days to advise TurboSystems immediately of any damage or shortages in delivery of the goods.

Goods no longer required

If you have already paid for the goods or services, we will refund your money within 30 days of you cancelling the order. The goods must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact. Your order cannot be cancelled if the goods were made to your specifications or personalized. Any charges for postage and packaging relating to the original sale and/or return of the goods will not be refunded.

Faulty goods

You return the goods and get your money back if the goods: are faulty; are not of satisfactory quality; do not match how they were described; or are different to the ones you ordered.

General

Your rights

Our store is committed to offering quality products and the very highest levels of customer care and satisfaction. In return we ask our customers to adhere to our trading terms, which we believe to be fair and reasonable. These terms do not however affect your statutory rights. If for any reason things do go wrong, contact one of our customer care team who will make every effort to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

Warranty Policy

All manufacturers require a proper shop diagnosis and/or paperwork with a description of the problem or defect in order to be submitted for warranty review. All products must be returned in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser of the products(s). Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction. All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing within RaceHub. All products must be installed by a certified dealership or licensed repair facility in order for the product warranty to be valid. RaceHub recommends you retain any receipts/invoices in the event that you need to request a warranty. In some cases, the manufacturer may require the item be sent to them for inspection and testing. RaceHub does not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until the inspection and testing are completed. In some cases, warranties will be denied and RaceHub must return the product(s) to the customer. The return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. RaceHub is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred by using the products that we sell. RaceHub does not provide any compensation for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by RaceHub including labor or product coverage.

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to RaceHub, and RaceHub assumes the cost of shipping back to the customer on domestic orders only (International shipping cost is not covered as part of the warranty). All replacement/repaired products are shipped ground. RaceHub does not cover shipping, duties, taxes or any form of customs fees for items outside the United States. In the event an item is returned for warranty and is found to be in proper working condition, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item.

One-Year Warranty

Most parts offered by RaceHub come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days of purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable. Repair is always used for items purchased more than 30 days prior. If a product is used or installed outside of its intended purpose or the product has been modified in any way the warranty will be voided. Please contact our customer service team to initiate any warranty claim.

Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime warranty is given to select products by RaceHub. This warranty is for replacement of like items only. Lifetime warranty does not cover items out of production if RaceHubmotorsports.com no longer stocks them. This warranty is valid only for the original buyer and not transferable. (Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.) RaceHub will not under any circumstances issue a return or store credit for any product which had failed during the product’s warranty. Either a replacement or repair will be completed as outlined above.

Genuine and OEM Products

Genuine and OEM products must be installed by a certified dealership or licensed repair facility in order for the product warranty to be valid. RaceHub recommends you retain any receipts/invoices in the event that you need to request a warranty. Genuine and OEM products sold or shipped outside of the contiguous US are sold as is with no expressed or implied warranty.

Clearance and On Sale Items

Items ordered with clearance pricing do not qualify for warranty replacement of an equal item. These items are sold as is, no warranty as they are not replaceable. Excluded Products Some items which are termed “wear items” or commonly involved in misdiagnosis are excluded from RaceHub’s Warranty Policy these items include but are not limited to: Brake components (Brake pads, rotors, shoes) Clutch Components (Flywheels, clutch disk, clutch pressure plate) Electrical Components (Sensors, switches, solenoids)
